ROBERTA WAGNER - Festival Curator

Roberta Wagner is a seasoned Arts & Cultural Developer from Germany with over 15 years experience in cultural work across Africa and Europe. She has held high profile positions such as Director of the Goethe Center in both Kampala and Harare. She is the founder of Anthouse Productions, a platform established to collaborate and advise cultural based organisations and individual artists, offering workshops and design strategies in a wide range of culture and business management programs. Currently, she is an adviser and a coach for Moving School, an experimental education and artistic research organisation, as well as German based association ( Indimaj;Gesellschaft für Bildung und Soziales) an organisation that works at the interface of culture and socio-culture. Roberta also runs a music empowerment project called The Beat, which caters for disadvantaged youth.



GILMORE TEE - Festival Coordinator

Popularly known as Gilmore Tee, Gilmore Qhawe Khumalo is an award-winning media practitioner, curator, publicist, and content creator. He is the Founder & Creative Director of Paper Bag Africa, a content creation, management, and public relations establishment headquartered in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. He is the Founder & Curator of The PiChani, a PAN African lifestyle and business networking platform that integrates young achievers and leaders from different sectors of influence. Gilmore is a Forbes Africa 30 under 30 Honouree, GQ Best Dressed Man 2020, European Film Festival Zimbabwe Coordinator, and Mandela Washington Fellow, amongst many. He writes for Conde Nasts’ GQ South Africa and Glamour Magazine. Under his belt, he has managed projects for MTV Africa, British Council, MTV Staying Alive Foundation, US Embassy in Harare, National Gallery in Bulawayo, and many more. In all he does, he strongly believes in creating a global sustainable creative industry.



MERCY MANGWANA-NYAMHUNGA - Festival Coordinator

Mercy Mangwana Nyamhunga is a Zimbabwean digital storyteller, film academic and practitioner. She enjoys telling stories of change through her work in the development sector and advocating for women's rights to education, health, and equal representation.  Among other media-related academic qualifications, she holds a Master of Philosophy in Media Studies focusing on film distribution in Zimbabwe. Mercy has written scripts for TV shows, directed and conceptualized documentaries. She is a founding member of the Internet 4 Good Africa Initiative, a regional coordinator for the Bosch Alumni Southern Africa Region and an alumnus of the African Filmmaking Fellowship.
